PRIMARY REVIEWS

• CONSTRUCTION : This project management technique is used to review construction processes issues in the design from start to finish during pre-construction phase. It is to identify obstacles before a project is actually built to reduce or prevent errors, delays, and cost overruns. Requisite inputs from client are obtained and understood from client through certain initial meetings.
• MAINTAINANCE : This review is done to addresses issues during a project's design phase associated with probability of performing a successful repair action within a given time. It measures the ease and speed with which a system can be restored to operational status after a failure occurs. The design should be such that it minimizes impacts associated with maintenance.
• OPERATION : This review accesses the design from point of view of the ability to keep a project in a safe and reliable functioning condition, according to pre-defined operational requirements of the project.

SECONDARY REVIEWS

• MONITORING :Regular schedule and cost reviews are done to ensure the engineering and design are completed timely and in a cost effective way.
• INTERFACE :The review is conducted to check the understanding of the assigned tasks between the various Engineering disciplines for the project
• VALUE ENGINEERING :Value engineering to projects at all stages of project execution is a crutial component in project life cycle. We use proven techniques at multiple design phases with primary tenet that basic functions be preserved and not be reduced as a consequence of pursuing value improvements.
• SAFETY AND QUALITY :These design reviews are conducted to insure safe and effective construction procedures and quality control are a major element. This is achieved by providing extensive training to personnel.
• CONCEPT :Concept reviews are crucial to ensure the alignment of the design to the actual requirement. It conducted by involving the Client and taking feedback from them to ensure the accuracy of design in achieving the ultimate goal of the project in terms of scope of work.
• EXPERT OPINION :Expert reviews are taken on as and when required basis for assessing, evaluating, remediating and providing testimony on complex project design or involvement of any new technology, its construction and operational matters. The reviews involve experts from various fields with vast knowledge, or any engineering institute or independent organization.
